When and where is CPAC 2020?

CPAC 2020 will be from February 26 – 29, 2020 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center: 201 Waterfront Street National Harbor, MD 20745.

What is the cost of attending?

The CPAC ticket packages are outlined below.

Premium – Gold Package: $5,750 – limited availability
• Private access to the Gold Lounge (next to the Speaker Greenroom) with lunch, refreshments (including bar service), conference live streaming, and wireless internet
• Lounge will feature occasional VIPs
• Dedicated staffer during conference hours
• Priority reserved boxed seating in the Potomac Ballroom
• Priority and early-access lines into the Potomac Ballroom
• Invitation to Cocktails and Conservatives Congressional Reception on Wednesday
• Invitation to Welcome Reception in CPAC Central on Wednesday
• Invitation to VIP receptions each evening (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
• Priority seating at the Ronald Reagan Dinner
• Access to all conference events, including receptions, dinners, and entertainment

Premium – Silver Package: $1,800 – limited availability
• Private access to the Silver Lounge (in the Chesapeake hallway) with lunch, refreshments, conference live streaming, and wireless internet.
• Dedicated volunteers to assist in the silver lounge
• Priority reserved seating in the front of the Potomac Ballroom
• Priority and early-access lines into the Potomac Ballroom

When will the agenda be posted?

The full agenda will be posted 2-3 weeks before the conference begins and will be updated regularly.

Refunds & Reservations

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations will be accepted until December 31 for a 100% refund. Cancellations between January 1-31 will be accepted with a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after January 31. Please contact [email protected] or 202-347-9388 to request a refund or cancellation.

Are there discounted rates for hotel rooms?

CPAC has a room block at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. The CPAC discounted rate is $274/night and can be reserved by going to: https://cpac.conservative.org/reserve-a-room/. You can also call (800) 228-9290 and reference the CPAC discounted rate when booking.

Does CPAC book hotel reservations?

Travel

What’s the closest airport?

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. It is approximately a $15 Uber ride to the Gaylord.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is the next closest airport.

Other Questions

When should I arrive to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center?

The first official program taking place is CPAC Direct Action (formerly Activism Boot Camp), which takes place at 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 26. We recommend you arrive on Wednesday in order to register and attend Direct Action and the CPAC Welcome Reception. Lines can get very long on Thursday morning so picking up your tickets on Wednesday is recommended. Registration is open from 2:00pm – 8:30pm on Wednesday.

Who is speaking at CPAC?

The agenda will be released 2-3 weeks prior to CPAC. For confirmed speakers, please visit cpac.org. We will update our speaker list as they confirm.

Is there food at the conference?

CPAC will have concession stands with a variety of food available for purchase during conference hours. The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center has a few dining options and National Harbor has a large number of restaurants within walking distance. Go to www.nationalharbor.com/dine to see the options available.
