Kayla Kessinger

Kayla Kessinger, a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates was elected to her first term in the state’s legislature in 2014; just before her twenty-second birthday. She is currently serving her second term as a state legislator and is the Vice Chairman for the Committee on Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse, as well as a member of the following committees: House Judiciary, Energy, Veteran’s Affairs and Homeland Security, as well as Small Business and Economic Development. Kessinger is the co-chair of The West Virginia Congressional Sportsman’s Caucus and a member of the West Virginia Coal Caucus. She is currently pursuing a BA in Public Administration through Liberty University and will graduate in May 2018.
