Eric spent 15 years in the business world, in the New York Mercantile Exchange. In his capacity on the Board of Directors, he was solely responsible for driving the exchange to an IPO in 2005. It was the largest IPO in history at the time.
From there, he accepted a host position on CNBC’s “Fast Money.” He was an original cast member. Then he moved to FOX News, where he spent 10 years as a host and co-host of numerous shows in prime time, as FOX News Channel reached its greatest heights in ratings and audience.
He was on the ground floor on one of FOX News’ most successful shows, as part of the original cast of “The Five” – a revolutionary show for cable news. He spent six years in the middle seat as the popular co-host on that show.
He simultaneously hosted his own solo show on FOX News, on the hit prime weekend show, “Cashin In” where he never missed a single show. On Cashin’ In, he juggled multiple guests with differing opinions in a fast-paced format, where he single-handedly umpired the passions and opinions of a diverse group of guests with strong, hard-hitting opinions on all things business, culture, and politics.
Eric was the go-to fill in host for the number one show at the time, The O’Reilly Factor, where he successfully hosted more than 200 shows. Additionally, Bolling was the trusted guest host for the top rated Sean Hannity TV show, where he hosted more than 70 shows.
He is the highly acclaimed author of 2 New York Times Best Sellers, Wake Up America in 2016, and The Swamp in 2017.
Eric has been a front line advocate for President Trump’s war on the Opioid Crisis in America.
